CTRL + A: Select All
CTRL + B: Bold
CTRL + C: Copy
CTRL + D: Uses the Fill Down command to copy the contents and format of the topmost cell into the selected cells below the cells
CTRL + F: Find
CTRL + G: Screen the Go to dialog box
CTRL + H: Replace
CTRL + I: Italics
CTRL + K: Screen the Insert Hyperlink dialog box for new hyperlinks or the Edit Hyperlink dialog box for selected existing hyperlinks
CTRL + N: Creates a new, blank work box
CTRL + O: Screen the open dialog box to open or find a file

CTRL + R: Uses the Fill Right command to copy the content and format of the left side most cell into a selected range

SHIFT + ARROW KEY extend the selection of cells of one cell
BACKSPACE: Deletes one character to the left in the formula bar as well as clears the content of the active cell, In cell editing mode, it delete the characters to the left of the insertion points
DELETE: Removes the cell data from selected cells without any affecting cell formats or data in cell editing mode. It is deletes the character to the right of the insertion points.

F4: During formula typing, adjusts the reference type, relative to abs, and repeats last action

CTRL + /: Copies value from cell above current cell
ALT + / s: Auto sum selected cells and places values in cells beneath
CTRL + SHIFT + $ / 4: Currency formats current cell
CTRL + SHIFT + et / 7: Applies outline border to selected cells
CTRL + SHIFT +: / 1: Comma formats current cell
SHIFT + CTRL + F: Activates font drop list
