3. Basic Conversation Skill

The same rules that apply to real world conversation apply to the world of texting.

-        Ensure they don’t get bored:

Be well read, have the ability to talk about multiple subjects.

 

-        Be good listener and acknowledge what they’re saying:

Don’t be the person that only speaks about themselves/ their own lives. Respond to what they’ve just told you. Maybe ask them a follow up questions to what they just said.

Then move on to the next topic.

 

-        Be Interesting:

Is your conversation adding any values to their life are your questions stimulating their mind? Are you making them laugh? Are you keeping comfortable be exciting, be positive?

 

-        Avoid debiting:

Only a few humans enjoy debates. Most people will view your counter opinion as criticism. Nobody likes a critic. While ‘dabbing’ for you might be a means of showcasing intelligence over text, debating may be perceived as an attack save debating for when you meet them in person. And even then, acknowledge their point of view before you lay out your own.

 

-        FLIRT:

By your 3^rd or 4^th conversation, they should have at least an idea of your emotions, use genuine, ideally unconventional compliments to convey they you find them attractive. But make it light hearted. Follow up the compliment with a joke if possible.

 

4. Frequency of texting:

-        The game of frequency is what separate people who enter the friend zone from people who enter the ‘cute zone’.

-        Always leave them feeling like they need more of you. No like they need more of you Not like they’re getting too much of you.

-        Especially if you’ve just begun texting them, don’t text for longer than 15-20 minutes at a stretch.

-        A good sign of you’re the one always starting the conversation, then learn to stay away for some time.

“Be available, but not too available”

 

5. Vibe setters (Emoji’s, GIFs, Mems):

-          this is your biggest advantages as a millennial looking for love.

        I.            Gifs & emoji’s have the ability express emotions much better than your words

can (especially when you don’t know them as well).

They’re also any easy way to make your texting partner laugh.

A sense of humor is always attractive.

      II.            If texting on Instagram, send them memes that are appropriates AND showcase your own sense of humor another great way to break attractive.

    III.            Learn the art of using punctuations correctly:

-        It makes your tone seems rude.

-        Avoid using exclamations unless absolutely necessary.

-        Make you seem hyper.

-        Once in a while, a meaningful yourself, the better you are paragraph text is a great tool in expressing yourself. The better you are as a writer; the texting games will be. Learn the art of writing deep paragraph using short sentences.
